Ich bin **Tobias Grawinkel**. Ich komme aus der Digitalwirtschaft, habe selbst gegründet, Corporate Startups mit aufgebaut und Organisationen durch Wachstum und Wandel begleitet. Dabei habe ich ein Gespür dafür entwickelt, wie Unternehmen als System funktionieren und was Veränderung wirklich greifbar macht. Als systemischer Coach verbinde ich heute technologische Kompetenz mit einem klaren Blick auf Menschen und Wirksamkeit.

KI ist nicht mein Thema. KI ist die DNA meiner Unternehmung. Ich entwickle eigene Software, automatisiere meine Prozesse und orchestriere ein stetig wachsendes Team von KI-Agenten. Ich arbeite branchenoffen. Am meisten Erfahrungen habe ich im Bereich Digitale Gesundheit: Healthcare-Startups, Laborumfeld, Krankenhäuser, Gesundheitsbetriebe. Dazu öffentlicher Sektor und Energiewirtschaft. Meine Erfahrung aus stark regulierten Umfeldern kommt auch Kunden in anderen Branchen zugute.

### Arbeitest du auch vor Ort oder nur remote?

Beides. Den Auftakt mache ich gern vor Ort, um das Unternehmen und die Menschen persönlich kennenzulernen. Danach arbeiten wir überwiegend remote: Regelmäßige Video-Sessions für die persönliche Begleitung dort, wo sie nötig ist, ergänzt durch die Plattform für das selbstständige Lernen dazwischen.

### Du arbeitest allein, ist das nicht ein Risiko?

Ich arbeite bewusst allein, aber nicht einsam. Ihr habt immer mich als persönlichen Ansprechpartner, vom Erstgespräch über Strategie bis zur Umsetzung. Ich schicke niemand anders vor. *Who I am*

I'm **Tobias Grawinkel**. My background is in the digital economy. I have founded businesses, helped build corporate startups and guided organizations through growth and change. Along the way, I developed a strong sense of how companies work as systems and what makes change tangible. Today, as a systemic coach, I combine technological expertise with a clear understanding of people and impact.

AI is not simply a topic I work on. It is part of my company's DNA. I develop my own software, automate my processes and orchestrate a growing team of AI agents. That gives me firsthand insight into what works in practice and what only sounds impressive. I test everything in my own work before I share it with you. If you want to build your own AI agents and automations, I work hands-on alongside your team. Not as hype, but as a practical opportunity for your core business.

### What kind of companies do you work with?

I work across industries, with a focus on administrative functions. My experience ranges from startups with 20 employees to mid-market companies with around 1,000. I deliberately work with only a few clients at a time so I can support each engagement personally. The fit needs to be right and the leadership team must be willing to actively shape the transformation.

### What does working together look like?

Everything starts with a free initial conversation and a tailored proposal. Clients typically begin with a single package, keeping risk and investment low while getting a clear sense of how I work. This often leads to additional packages and a longer-term engagement across further phases of the AI transformation. Real change comes from continuous work, not isolated workshops.

### How are costs structured?

The engagement is divided into clear packages with a defined scope, a concrete outcome and a fixed price. Each entry point has a typical timeframe from kickoff to result. In the initial conversation, we clarify which package fits your situation and what it will cost.

### What do you need from us?

Leadership needs to treat AI transformation as its responsibility and take an active role rather than delegate it. Structural and cultural change requires accountability at the top. Without that involvement, the transformation cannot succeed. No technical expertise is required. We develop the necessary strategic and cultural foundations together.

### What industries do you have experience in?

I work across industries. My deepest experience is in digital health: Healthcare startups, laboratories, hospitals and healthcare providers. I also have experience in the public sector and energy. That experience also benefits clients in other industries.

### Do you also work on-site or only remotely?

Both. I like to begin on-site so I can get to know the company and its people in person. After that, we work mainly remotely. Regular video sessions provide personal guidance where needed, while the platform supports independent learning between sessions.

### You work alone - isn't that a risk?

I work independently by choice, but never in isolation. You work with me directly from the initial conversation through strategy and implementation. I do not send someone else in my place. My work is AI-supported and designed to remain reliable while I work with several clients at once without compromising our relationship.
