Who I am
I'm Tobias Grawinkel. My background is in the digital economy. I've founded my own ventures, helped build corporate startups and guided organizations through growth and change. This taught me how companies work as systems and what makes change actually stick. As a systemic coach and trainer, I combine technological expertise with a clear view of people and collaboration.




AI isn't my topic. AI is the DNA of my business. I develop my own software, automate my processes and orchestrate a steadily growing team of AI agents. That's how I know firsthand what holds up in a real business day and what just sounds impressive. What I pass on to you, I have tested myself first. I deliberately work with a small number of clients at a time to personally support every collaboration. The chemistry has to be right and leadership must be willing to actively participate.
Everything starts with a free discovery call. Then I create a tailored proposal. The process follows four phases: assessment, strategy, training and platform rollout, then anchoring in everyday work. Typically 6 to 12 months. Individual workshops can be a good starting point, but real change comes from continuous work.

Both. In the beginning, I prefer to come on-site to get to know the company and the people. After that, mostly remote: regular sessions via video, complemented by the platform. Personal guidance where it's needed, scalable platform in between.
